Ivey attends King of the Commonwealth at VMS

On Saturday afternoon Trent Ivey made the trek to Virginia Motor Speedway (Jamaica, Va.) to pilot his Barfield’s Timber No. 88 Late Model for the King of the Commonwealth. With 36 Ultimate Southeast Series entries entered, Trent came in seventh in his heat race, sending him into the B-Main for one final shot at the $20,000-to-win A-Main. Needing to place third or better, Ivey came one spot short with a fourth-place outing.
