August 4, 2019 - Mother Nature Postpones Stick Elliott Memorial to August 24
1Trent Ivey was one of 20 Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series entries on hand at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) on Sunday afternoon for the 35th annual Stick Elliott Memorial. After registering the fastest time overall in qualifying, Mother Nature rolled in a postponed the remainder of the program to August 24th.

July 26, 2019 - Ivey Scores Runner-up Finish in Skyler Trull Memorial
1On Friday evening Trent Ivey visited Carolina Speedway (Gastonia, North Carolina) powering his Ivey Construction No. 88 Super Late Model for the Skyler Trull Memorial. Laying down the fastest lap overall in a field of 18 Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series entries, Ivey locked into the pole position for the feature. With $5,000 on the line, Trent fell one spot in the 40-lap affair to place 2nd behind Brett Hamm with Jeff Smith, Derrick Ramey, and Doug Sanders trailing them to the checkers. (ZSK Photography)

July 20, 2019 - 4th Place Finish with Southern Nationals at Screven
1Saturday night saw Trent Ivey return with the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals for the $10,000 top prize at Screven Motor Speedway (Sylvania, Georgia). Drawing 25 cars for the fourth round of the tour, Ivey posted a 2nd place finish in his heat behind Casey Roberts which positioned him 8th on the starting grid for the main event. Breaking into the Top-5, Trent gained four spots reeling in a 4th place finish behind Ross Bailes, Casey Roberts, and Jake Knowles with Dennis Franklin coming in 5th. (Brian McLeod photo)

July 14, 2019 - Trent Ivey Tops Southern Nationals at Cherokee
1After Mother Nature wiped out Friday’s Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series sanctioned program at Carolina Speedway (Gastonia, North Carolina), Trent Ivey headed to Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) for the second round of the Schaeffer’s Southern Nationals. In a field of 27 cars, Ivey laid down the fastest lap in his time trial group before capturing a 10-lap heat race victory. Starting on the pole, Trent led flag-to-flag in the caution-plagued 53-lapper to capture his second win of the season and a $10,000 payday. July 6, 2019 - Ivey Attends All-American 40 at Lancaster Speedway
1On Saturday night Trent Ivey followed the Ultimate Southeast Series to Lancaster Speedway (Lancaster, South Carolina) for the All American 40. With 22 cars on hand, Ivey locked his spot into the $4,000-to-win A-Main with the second fastest lap in his time trial group behind Bet Watkins. He was slated to start 4th for the feature but failed to complete a lap.

June 29, 2019 - Runner-up Finish with Ultimate Southeast Series at Lake View
1Trent Ivey was one of 34 Ultimate Southeast Series entries on hand at Lake View Motor Speedway (Lake View, South Carolina) on Saturday night for the $4,000 top prize. Laying down the fastest time overall in qualifying, Ivey earned the 2nd-starting position for the A-Main. Holding his spot for all 40-laps, Trent scored a runner-up finish behind Dennis Franklin with John Henderson, Daulton Wilson, and Corey Gordon rounding out the Top-5.

June 15, 2019 - Trent Ivey Breaks While Leading Heat at Cherokee
1Friday night found Trent Ivey in action at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) for the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) sanctioned Grassy Smith Memorial. In a field of 31 cars, Ivey blasted into an early lead in his heat until he suffered a flat-tire. He went on to log a 12th place outing in his B-Main.

June 8, 2019 - Ivey Makes Dream Preliminary Feature at Eldora Speedway
1Making his Eldora Speedway (Rossburg, Ohio) debut, Trent Ivey made the trek on Thursday competing in a stout field of 92 Super Late Models for the 25th Dirt Late Model Dream. Falling back to a 9th place finish in his heat race, Ivey transferred into the B-Main for another shot at the opening night preliminary feature. Sending the Top 2 into the show, Trent fell short with an 8th place outing.

1Returning on Saturday for another round of preliminary features, Trent grabbed the 5th and final transfer spot in his heat which positioned him 20th on the starting grid for the A-Main. For the final night of the 25th annual Dirt Late Model Dream on Saturday, Trent cut a tire in his heat while battling for a transfer spot into the $125,000-to-win finale that brought an early end to his weekend.

May 18, 2019 - Trent Ivey Captures First Career Carolina Clash Win at Gastonia
1On Friday evening Trent Ivey invaded Carolina Speedway (Gastonia, North Carolina) for the Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series sanctioned contest. Laying down the second fastest time overall in qualifying behind Chris Ferguson, Ivey earned the 2nd-starting position for the opening night feature. Taking control of the lead on lap-14 after Ferguson suffered a flat-tire, Trent cruised to his first career Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series victory over Ferguson, Dennis Franklin, Daulton Wilson, and Brett Hamm. 1The following night at Modoc Raceway (Modoc, South Carolina) for the Jack Starrette Memorial, Ivey logged the 17th fastest time overall in qualifying positioning him on the ninth row for the $5,022-to-win A-Main. He was an early retiree from the 50-lapper while being credited with a 22nd place finish.

May 3, 2019 - Ivey Attends World of Outlaws Event at Cherokee Speedway
1Friday night found Trent Ivey in action at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series sanctioned program. In a field of 37 cars, Ivey passed five cars in his heat race reeling in a 3rd place finish. Earning the 10th-starting position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Trent was left with nowhere to go early in the race when he got collected behind a wreck. He was credited with a 24th place finish.

Saturday’s event at Lavonia Speedway (Lavonia, Georgia) fell victim to Mother Nature.

April 26, 2019 - Top 5 Finish in Ronnie Brookshire Memorial at Laurens
1Trent Ivey was one of 21 Ultimate Southeast Series entries signed in at Laurens County Speedway (Laurens, South Carolina) for the Ronnie Brookshire Memorial. Following the fourth fastest time overall in qualifying, Ivey held his spot for all 40-laps of feature to place 4th behind Ross Bailes, Casey Roberts, and Brett Hamm with Zack Mitchell coming in 5th.

April 6, 2019 - Ivey Records Podium Finish in Ultimate SE Action at Friendship

March 30, 2019 - Runner-up Finish in Ed Gibbons Memorial at Fayetteville
1 On Saturday night Trent Ivey was one of 29 Carolina Clash Super Late Model Series entries signed in at Fayetteville Motor Speedway (Fayetteville, North Carolina) for the 11th annual Ed Gibbons Memorial. Following the fifth fastest time in qualifying, Ivey landed a 2nd place finish behind Brett Hamm in his heat locking him into the 5th-starting position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. March 24, 2019 - Ivey Begins 2019 Season at Cherokee for March Madness
1Trent Ivey kicked off the 2019 season on Sunday afternoon at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, South Carolina) for the rescheduled GigiStrong March Madness from early March. With 30 Southern All Star Series entries registered in for action, Trent laid down the fifth fastest time in his qualifying group before placing 2nd in his heat behind Jonathan Davenport. February 28, 2019 - New Cyber Home Unveiled for Trent Ivey
1Union, South Carolina's Trent Ivey is the newest addition to the MSR Mafia and has launched a brand-new website at www.TrentIvey.com.

Ivey is a second-generation racer and has been racing for 11 years. On the heels of a stellar 2018 season, Trent is taking another big step for the 2019 campaign. After competing primarily in Limited Late Model and Crate Late Model action the past several seasons, the two-time and defending SECA Late Model Series Champion is making the jump to the Super Late Model ranks.

Trent will be competing at Super Late Model events throughout the Southeast in his Ivey Construction #88 Longhorn Chassis/ Clements Racing Engine entry.
