Mechanical issues arise at Laurens County Speedway

Friday night saw Trent Ivey return to action at Laurens County Speedway (Laurens, S.C.) for the Ultimate Southeast Series-sanctioned Ronnie Brookshire Memorial. With the fourth fastest time in his qualifying group locking him into the seventh-starting position for the $4,014-to-win A-Main, Trent ran into mechanical issues on the sixth lap that sidelined him for the remainder of the evening.
